I would love to sit down, individually and privately, with each Republican representative and senator in Congress.
I want to know why they’re doing what they’re doing. I have so many questions that I want them to answer honestly, to my face. No flinching.
I want them to tell me honestly, without the media, without spouting soundbites, without repeating trite, cringy, trumpisms like ‘liberal media’. That’s stupid shit. Be real.
What is their motivation?
I want to know, for real, because, frankly, they’re supporting an egotistical lunatic with a facist agenda. Don’t even debate me on this. Look up facism.
I want to know their backgrounds. How they got to where they are now? How did they come to be so against immigrants, including legal brown immigrants? How do they hate them enough to support kidnapping and deporting them illegally? Can they support their actions with any logical reasoning, or is it all rhetoric?
How are they so motivated to block anything trans-friendly, even though trans people make up roughly 1% of the U.S. population?
How do they hate so much?
How do they support firing federal employees by the thousands with no actual justification? How do they not speak out…
